I’ve been meaning to write to thank you for all your help with the sale of our home, but worried that I couldn’t adequately express how much your expertise and management skills made the whole experience as stress free as I could possibly imagine. We are just now catching our breath and realizing that a whole new chapter of our lives is beginning. Such transitions are never easy for people and your work has made it more about doing what we’d like to do than what we have to do. This is a gift! So thank you. I think this quality of service is especially important when people have health concerns – as we do – and happily this move has allowed improvement in that department. I credit your advice about our offer and your handling of the negotiations as the key elements to this successful outcome. I’m also grateful that you work with great people, such as Michael, who solve problems and don’t create them. It all adds up to a positive and the only negative is that it’s unlikely we’ll work together again in the future.
