This quiet retreat boasts a private terrace overlooking the garden and palm trees, a travertine spa bath and shower, and fully outfitted dual custom Porro wardrobes. Also on this level are two spacious bedrooms with a shared travertine bathroom, laundry and utility closet, and a light-filled office or fourth bedroom.

At the top of the home, a sprawling pentroom is completely open and framed by views to the front and the rear of the home of downtown San Francisco, and the hills of Twin Peaks. Rooftop terraces on both sides create a seamless indoor/outdoor experience with disappearing Fleetwood glass doors. The pentroom also has a fourth travertine bathroom with shower.
