Instructors of the method have to undergo special trainings that include anatomy lessons and hands-on adjustments. If your wellness needs include de-stressing and relaxation, Anchor Meditation offers the right regimen. This wellness studio offers daily meditation lessons led by highly trained instructors. With the temporary suspension of their in-studio classes, they have opened online lessons via their 14 Day Meditation Exploration program. You may join live virtual classes or access their library for unlimited on-demand classes. The fees are $12 for a single class and $25 to $40 for monthly membership.
